Whatsapp Integration July 2023 – Aug 2023
Integrated Whatsapp API with HDFCLife SAP system, where the HR employee information and updates are shared with respective employees.
This integration is also used by other departments to collaborate with the HR process and send updates on WhatsApp.
Made communication more efficient and easy by 75%.
HDFCLife Mobile Application (MConnect) Jan 2023 – June 2023
Mobile application for pre-joining employees where employees can submit their pre-joining documents, which in return are reviewed by the HR team before onboarding.
Updated all standard infotypes with correct employee data, which as a result, increased the reliability of the application by 80%.

Implemented the auto bank account verification process where the employee bank account is autoverified by the system and transferred the data to the finance and payroll team to initiate the salary process.
